(Finance) – The board of directors of Intesa Sanpaolo has formed internally four internal board committeeswhose prerogatives and functions comply with the provisions of the Articles of Association and the supervisory regulations in force.
Of the Committee Appointments members include: Livia Pomodoro (President), Paolo Andrea Colombo, Gian Maria Gros-Pietro, Maria Mazzarella, Bruno Picca. In the Committee Remuneration including: Paolo Andrea Colombo (President); Franco Ceruti; Anna Gatti; Liana Logiurato; Luciano Nebbia.
Of the Committee Risks and Sustainability include: Paola Tagliavini, Franco Ceruti; Bruno Picca; Bruno Maria Paris; Daniele Zamboni. Finally, in the Committee for the transactions with related parties there are: Daniele Zamboni (President), Liana Logiurato, Paola Tagliavini, Maria Mazzarella, Maria Alessandra Stefanelli.
