This agreement is part of a process of discussion that we have started on the digital evolution of the group, which will lead to important changes in procedures, products and the way of managing customers in a very short time.”
“An innovative and prospective agreement which will accompany, under the conditions identified, the development of the group for the entire duration of the future Industrial Plan – he states Simona Ortolani, secretary responsible for Uilca Intesa Sanpaolo Group – The agreement lays the foundations for addressing the effects of digital transformation by putting people at the centre, with the reconversion and retraining of employees, and encouraging generational turnover with stable employment. The latter objective was achieved in recent years at the negotiating table, confirming the centrality of trade union dialogue in the Group. This is accompanied by the continuous search for organizational solutions that favor an increasingly better work-life balance, also pursuing the objective of total extension of flexible working and short weeks”.
