In Friday’s attack, we proved this to you: With the permission of Allah, the mujahideen of ISIS, “He can punish you for any atrocity you commit.”
The statement continued: “Torturing the captured people in your name and publishing their videos increases your bloodlust for thousands of your brothers. This time, let’s hit your head so hard that, with God’s permission, future generations will remember you and these past pains and wounds will be forgotten.”
