(Finance) – Intermontefollowing the launch of the treasury share purchase program in execution of the authorization by the Shareholders’ Meeting of 1 October 2021, announced that it had purchasedbetween 9 and 13 May, overall 15,700 treasury shares at the average unit price of € 2.67044, for one countervalue equal to 41,925.87 euros.
From the start of the share buy-back plan to May 13, 2022, Intermonte purchased 166,608 + treasury shares (equal to 0.46% of its share capital), for a total value of € 468,801.94.
Following the purchases made, considering the shares already in portfolio, as of May 13 Intermonte holds 4,217,611 treasury shares, equal to 11.65% of its share capital.
