(Finance) – Generali Bank made it known that from 30 December 2024 (inclusive) to 3 January 2025 (inclusive) they were brought into compliance with thetotalitarian voluntary purchase offer of the ordinary shares of Intermonte Partners SIM 1.125% of these, equal to 363,554 shares. The total number of shares subject to the offer tendered to the Offer since the beginning of the Acceptance Period therefore rises to 20,076,870, i.e. 62.162% of the total.
The membership period it began on 23 December 2024 and will end on 24 January 2025 inclusive (unless extended in accordance with current provisions). Banca Generali will correspond to the members 3.04 euros (cum dividend) for each share subject to the Offer tendered to the offer and purchased by the offeror.
