Intercos GIC fund converts holding shares into listed shares

(Finance) – Intercosa group active in cosmetics and listed since November 2021, trades positively on Piazza Affari after it has perfected the commercial agreement with Dolce & Gabbana (anticipated on February 8, 2022). The agreement sees Intercos partner of Dolce & Gabbana for the development and production of fragrances and other Hair & Body products, which will support the collaboration that has been active for years between the Dolce & Gabbana brand and Intercos in the make-up segment. The contract provides for a five-year duration until December 31, 2027 and will result in an additional volume of business for Intercos starting mainly from 2023.
