(Finance) – Intercosa global leader in the research and development, production and marketing of cosmetic products (Make-up) and for skin treatment (Skincare) as well as for hair and body treatment (Hair&Body), has signed a new commercial agreement with The Estée Lauder Companies.
With this new agreement, The Estée Lauder Companies has decided to transfer the majority of cosmetic powder production previously carried out internally in the USA, entrusting their production to Intercos America Inc..
The agreement – explains a note – further seals the strategic partnership between The Estée Lauder Companies and Intercos, which has lasted for over 40 years, confirming Intercos’ global leadership in the cosmetic powders segment, a product category that requires investments in innovation and consolidated know-how.
