Instagram will start allowing the sale of NFTs by certain

NFTs, the famous non-fungible tokens, are coming to Instagram. The announcement was made official in person by Instagram boss Adam Mosseri, who posted a tweet for the occasion accompanied by a video detailing the new possibilities offered by NFT support on the platform.

This life-size test will initially be reserved for a handful of handpicked creators, and only in the United States. Posting or creating an NFT on Instagram will be totally free and will be done through the blockchain Ethereum and Polygon at launch, and Flow and Solana later.
Separately, Instagram says it will support cryptocurrency wallets from Rainbow, MetaMask, and Trust Wallet at launch, and Coinbase, Drapper, and Phantom wallets later.

The happy content creators selected by Instagram can now share on their Instagram feed, in their stories or via private messaging NFTs that they have created themselves, but also NFTs that they have purchased and of which they are therefore owners.
