(Finance) – The new procedure for admission to the forensic practice at the INPS Advocacy. THE territorial tenders – informs the Institute in a note – they will be published on the Inps institutional website as well as exposed at the regional offices, the Metropolitan Coordination Departments and the councils of the territorially competent lawyers’ orders.
To be able to carry out the practice at the INPS Attorney Service, the applicant must meet the following requirements: be an Italian citizen or a member state of the European Union or be a citizen of a non-EU state in possession of the requisites provided for by art. 17, paragraph 2 of Law 247/2012; be in possession of the requisites required for registration in the register of practicing Lawyers held by the Council of the Bar Association at the Court in the territory of which the INPS Legal Office indicated in the application form is located; in the event that he is already registered in the special register of practitioners at the Council of the Order, he must not have a seniority of registration exceeding 2 (two) months. The aforementioned requirements must be possessed on the expiry date of the application submission deadline.
There application for admission to forensic practice referred to in the aforementioned notices – explains INPS – must be submitted exclusively electronically, through the use of SPID (Public Digital Identity System) or CNS (National Service Card) or CIE (Electronic Identity Card 3.0), using the appropriate form on the Institute’s website from 12.00 on 11 April 2022 until 14.00 on 11 May 2022. Applications submitted in ways other than those indicated above (such as, for example, example, sending by registered letter with return receipt or hand delivery to the Institute’s offices).
The applications for admission relating to the calls of the Trentino – Alto Adige region, instead, they must be sent by certified email or by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Inps Trentino – Alto Adige Regional Directorate from 11 April 2022 to 11 May 2022 or they can be delivered by hand to the headquarters of the Trentino – Alto Adige Regional Directorate during the period indicated above.
The application for admission to the legal practice must be presented for only one of the INPS Legal Offices mentioned in art. 1 of the notices. A curriculum vitae drawn up in European format (in pdf) must be attached to the application, under penalty of inadmissibility.
The Regional and Metropolitan Coordination Directorates will verify the possession of the requisites prescribed by the announcement and the truthfulness of the declarations made in the application form. A commission, specifically set up at each regional and metropolitan coordination directorate, will assess the suitability of candidates on the basis of the criteria set out in the announcement and will form the ranking.
