INPS presence on social media simplified more accurate and complete

(Finance) – TheINPS started a simplification process of its presence on social networks with the aim of providing increasingly accurate and complete information to citizens and preventing the spread of fake news. The project started from the platforms of Half: Facebook, Instagram and Whatsapp and in the coming months it will extend to all the others to be increasingly closer to citizens through all social channels, from any device.

Starting from 2025, INPS will be present on Facebook with two thematic pages: INPS for the Family And INPS – Credit and Welfare for Public Employees. These pages will offer updated information on the services and services provided by the Institute. The contents once distributed in other pages managed by the social security institution such as “INPS for Migrant Workers” and “INPS Youth” will be remodeled in the new verified spaces in the name of an increasingly simple and immediate dialogue with users.

For a year INPS has also been present on WhatsAppwith the official channel “INPS for everyone“, dedicated to businesses, pensioners, workers, families and citizens, a space characterized by timely updates but also in-depth content on services and benefits.

On InstagramInstead, the Institute communicates through the “inps_social” profiles, where with thematic visuals, photographs, stories and quizzes it proposes to make social security culture accessible also to the younger generations; while on X (@INPS_it) and the two pages LinkedIn“INPS_official” and “INPS Press Office”, in addition to institutional contents, study and research initiatives and opportunities linked to public competition notices are also promoted.

“INPS communicates only through these channels and the official social profiles managed by the Institute’s Communication Directorate. Any other profile that uses the name or logo of INPS could provide incorrect, incomplete or unreliable information”, underlined the Institute in a note.
