(Finance) – Ahead of the assigned deadlines, INPS achieves the objectives of the PNRR, relating to sub-investment 1.6.3-a (Digitalisation of INPS), of which it is the implementer. This is what emerged during today’s session of the Project Implementation Committee, made up of the Department for Digital Transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers and INPS.
By 2023, compared to a financing of 180 million eurosthe Institute was required to introduce 70 new or renewed services on institutional touchpoints and to train 8,500 employees on digital skills. Already in the current in October, 87 new services were created and the professional growth of over 11,000 employees on new technologies was certified.
The path of progressive digitalisation will continue in 2024renewing the constant commitment of the Institute and the Department for Digital Transformation of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers to raise the quality of services, making them simpler, more personalized, proactive and efficient.
