(Finance) – TheNational Institute of Social Security issued the circular with the Instructions for requesting the extraordinary allowance for income and operational continuity (ISCRO)which has been in operation since January 1, 2024. The ISCRO is intended for professionals registered with the Separate management that carry out self-employed work.
THE requirements to access this benefit include enrollment in the Separate Management, not being recipients of direct pension payments, not being insured with other compulsory social security schemes and having produced an income from self-employment that is less than 70% of the average income from self-employment in previous years.
The application for ISCRO must be submitted to INPS exclusively electronically by 31 October of each yearusing the Institute’s online channels. Furthermore, in accordance with the 2024 Budget Law, beneficiaries will have to participate in professional development courses and authorize the transmission of their contact details to the Regions and the autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano-Alto Adige.
For this year, the application for Iscro allowance will be available from August 1st and can be submitted until October 31st.
