(Finance) – A Palazzo Bovara Of Confcommercio Milan this morning meeting between president of INPS, Gabriele Favaand the president of Confcommercio, Carlo Sangalli, during a workshop aimed at Confcommercio management of Milan and Lombardy on the news contained in INPS Annual Report 2024 presented by Central Director of Studies and Research of INPS, Gianfranco Santoro: from welfare, to the evolution of social and social security benefits, to the digitalisation and automation strategies that characterize the Institute’s commitment.
Sangalli and Fava underlined the importance of a more direct relationship between the two organizations through a collaboration agreement between INPS and tertiary companies. The goal is develop a common path to strengthen the future sustainability of the social security system by ensuring the continuity and efficiency of social benefits.
“Today’s meeting is a further step forward in the implementation of that pact with businesses fundamental for relaunching competitiveness and increasing the employment base and, at the same time, guaranteeing the sustainability of the social security system in the long term. We aim to strengthen collaboration between the Institute and Confcommercio supporting and working alongside them tertiary companies, which represent the backbone of the country’s economic system”, stated the INPS president Gabriele Fava.
“Efforts must be intensified in particular – noted the president of Confcommercio Carlo Sangalli – to involve the new generations on social security issues and build solid professional paths for contracts and future retirement. The major is also very important in the relationship with INPS involvement of the patronages in the dissemination and knowledge of the digitalisation process of social security services. This means intensifying communication aimed especially at seniors to help bridge the digital divide and increase knowledge of new technologies”.
With INPS, concluded Sangalli, we consider ourselves “travel companions of a path of growth and progress of work in our country”.
