(Finance) – INPS has started the campaign of acquisition of contributions exemption applications for employers private individuals who have obtained the “Gender equality certification” by 31 December 2024. In particular, article 5 of law 5 November 2021 n. 162, provides a exemption from paying 1% of social security contributionswithin the maximum limit of 50,000 euros per yearin favor of private employers who are in possession of the aforementioned certification.
The Social Security Institute, meanwhile, has announced that employers who meet the requirements can apply until April 30, 2025through the specific online form “PAR_GEN RELIEF”for the recognition of the benefit. INPS reminds you that questions will remain in the “sent” status until the date of mass processing, which will be carried out only after the expiry of the period aimed at acquiring the requests (30 April 2025).
For the purposes of correct management of exemption requests, the Institute clarifies that i private employers who have already received acceptance of the exemption requestin previous requests acquisition campaigns, they do not have to reapplyas, following acceptance of the same, the contribution exemption is automatically recognized for the entire 36 months of validity of the certification.
