(Finance) – Innovative – RFK (i-RFK), industrial holding company founded in 2017 and listed on the Euronext Access market in Paris, together with a club deal of private investors has perfected (through the vehicle Bidco AML, controlled by DigitalInfo) theacquisition of 100% of the capital of Abbreviaa company active in the Business Information sector, held by the co-founders Cosimo Cordaro and Stefano Mion who will each reinvest 20% in the share capital of DigitalInfo.
It’s about the second majority operation in 2023 for i-RFKafter the acquisition of Audio Technologies, and follows the strategy of the holding which aims to invest in innovative SMEs with high profitability and in the growth and consolidation phase (Growth Capital), with the ambition of increasing their value through internationalization and market expansion, new product development and M&A.
Abbrevia expects to close 2023 with a sales of approximately 8.5 million euros, up compared to 2022, and with a margin at the level of EBITDA around 20%, we read in a note.
Following the acquisition operation, the company will continue to be led by Cosimo Cordaro and Stefano Mionwith the skills and support of i-RFK and industry experts who will be made available by the holding.
