Innovation Village the seventh edition ends over 250 startups involved

(Finance) – Beyond 40 conferences and workshops, 2,100 participants in the two days, 200 speakers, 250 startups involved: this is the balance of the seventh edition of Innovation Village, which took place on 27 and 28 October in Naples. Now the fair-event leaves the Neapolitan city and arrives in the virtual world: by entering the Visual.it platform it will be possible to take an immersive journey with your avatar in the 21 winning projects of the Innovation Award 2022.

After having collected various prizes and facilities from the over 20 companies involved in the event, the innovators will access in the coming months to a series of events that will have the objective of taking them from the executive phase of the project to that of industrialization.

We start immediately with the first networking event, the Virtual Brokerage Event 2022, November 3rd organized with Aeneaspartner of the Bridgeconomies Consortium of the Enterprise Europe Network, the largest European network that helps SMEs to grow, innovate and internationalize around the world.

The event – explains the note – will be focused on sustainable and intelligent technologies, products and solutions chand support the green and digital transition at the inauguration there will be a Pitch Session dedicated to the 16 finalist projects of the Innovation Village Award 2022. We will then continue with meetings B2B that will be organized online from 4 to 17 November 2022 with over 400 subscribers, 800 meetings between companies, research institutions and innovators already booked, representing 55 countries from all continents.

T.before the initiatives planned in the coming months. TOFirst of all, the implementation of the agreement, reached during the event, between CRIB (Research Center for Advanced Biomaterials), Knowledge for Business – the company that organizes the Innovation Village – and the TecUp startup, aimed at developing a network within the bioeconomy strategy. Here, too, the ambitious goal is to create a network of infrastructures between institutions, research bodies and companies on the subject of bio-based bio-materials, with a focus on bacterial nanocellulose. Fabrics and products for the skin generated by bacteria with the union of waste from the food chain that intend to revolutionize the textile market with completely sustainable materials throughout the production chain.
