(Finance) – Innovateca company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the Clean Tech sector, closed the first quarter 2022 with revenues equal to 74.1 million euros, EBITDA to 11.7 million euro ed EBIT to 6.5 million euros, with an increase in gross and net operating profit respectively to 16% and 9% of total revenues. The workforce increased from 260 at the end of December 2021 to 298 at 31 March 2022.

There Consolidated Net Financial Position at 31 March 2022 it was negative at -26.3 million euro, an increase compared to the -10 million euro of 31 December 2021. The profitability generated in the period and the capital increase dedicated to institutional investors which took place in January 2022 were employed for investments productive (4.2 million) e acquisitions strategic (14.5 million), while in the period there was an increase in net working capital of approximately 13 million deriving mainly from the climate of uncertainty recorded by the banks in the quarter in reference to the sale of the 110% eco-bonus tax credits with consequent lengthening of the credit settlement times.
