(Finance) – The first quarter, at 31 December 2024, of Inhabitein closed with consolidated revenuesequal to 40.1 million which compare with the 15.8 million recorded in the same period of the previous year). The company closes the year to 30 September.
THE’Consolidated ebitda it is € 5.7 million (€ 3.9 million per 31/12/2023) while theebit it is € 3.6 million (€ 3.0 million in the first quarter of the previous year). The data, explains a note, is affected by the persistence of the urban and building blockade of the Municipality of Milan, which led to the failure to start new projects in the period.
The consolidated net profit stands at 2.8 million euros compared to the 2 million reported in the same quarter of 2023.
Net financial debt At 31 December 2024 it is € 112.2 million, compared to € 89.1 million per 30 September 2024.
