Ingersoll resident charged with sexual assault, luring

Windsor police seized $64,000 in illegal drugs during a third search on a downtown business selling psilocybin, commonly known as magic mushrooms.

Police searched the dispensary on Ouellette Avenue on at about 4 pm Tuesday.

They seized 6,060 psilocybin capsules, 1,954 grams of dried psilocybin mushrooms, 1,215 psilocybin chocolate bars, 235 grams of psilocybin gummies, 13 grams of psilocybin hot chocolate, 13 Dimethyltryptamine (DMT) vapes, six psilocybin vapes, $1,355, plus $425 in US currency.

A 21-year-old employee has been charged with possession of a substance for the purposes of trafficking. During searches in July and August, officers seized more than $46,000 worth of psilocybin-infused products. Police continue to investigate.
