Influencer Sara Bolay drank her own breast milk

In the reality series Good luck guys, celebrities have to survive on a beach in Thailand with very little food.
So when the influencer Sara Bolay, who breastfeeds her daughter when she is at home in Sweden, pumps out breast milk with her breast pump, she makes the decision to drink it.
– Before the program I had joked that if I get too hungry, I’ll have to drink my own breast milk, says Sara Bolay in Efter fem.

“Sweet and tasty”

Previously, Sara Bolay was in the reality series Ex on the beach in 2015 and in the celebrity version of the same program five years later.
In 2022, she gave birth to a daughter who now unconsciously helped her mother in her absence.
– It wasn’t that I was fed up with it. It was just an appetizer. I just wanted food, says Sara Bolay in Efter fem.
The reactions to drinking breast milk have been mostly positive. Mothers have told Sara Bolay that they would do the same. And yet no one thought it was anything strange.
– It is incredibly good. Breast milk contains all the nutrients you need, says the influencer.
