[Mis à jour le 14 novembre 2022 à 08h52] You still haven’t received the inflation bonus and you really think you are one of the beneficiaries? Don’t worry, a very last installment is scheduled for this Tuesday, November 15, 2022. However, it concerns a very specific category: the recipients of the activity bonus, namely, the ultimate beneficiaries of this exceptional aid. Also called exceptional back-to-school bonus, this government aid has already been paid to recipients of social minima,ASPARSA orAAH. The amount of the payment for the last concerned amounts to 28 euro + 14 euro per additional dependent child. The transfer is made in such a way automatique by the Family Allowance Fund (CIF). So you don’t have to do anything. Keep in mind that the transfer may arrive with a slight delay, this Wednesday, or Thursday.

The payment is made by the organization on which your allowances depend. For example, if you receive the RSA or thePLA, the payment will be made by your family allowance fund. If you are a job seeker, Pôle Emploi will pay you the bonus:

  • Coffee : recipients of social minima
  • Employment center : jobseekers
  • Scholarship students : Crus
  • Officials : State
  • Retired : CNAV
  • Employees : employer
  • Independents : Urssaf

The emergency aid desired by Prime Minister Elisabeth Borne aims to help “the most modest“. Beneficiaries of certain social benefits such as PLAthe RSAI’AAH or theaspa will benefit from it from the start of the 2022 school year. ALF and ALS recipients are also concerned. In reality, it is the poorest French people who will be able to benefit from this new inflation bonus or exceptional back-to-school bonus, i.e. nearly 11 million people. This exceptional back-to-school assistance will also benefit the scholarship studentsto beneficiaries of theSSAand some activity bonus. Beneficiaries of overseas solidarity income (SAR), the pension-equivalent allowance (EAR) and the simple allowance for the elderly are also affected by the payment of the inflation bonus before the end of 2022.

The new aid to fight against inflation and supposed to strengthen the purchasing power of the French desired by Elisabeth Borne will be paid directly into the bank account of the beneficiaries, from the start of the 2022 school year! The 10.8 million households concerned should see a bank transfer appear from September 2022. From now on, the exact date has been set by the executive: the payment will take place on September 15, 2022. On the other hand, for the beneficiaries of the activity bonus, the payment will not take place until two months later, in November. Here is the complete schedule depending on your household situation:

  • September 15 : recipients of social minima and scholarship students
  • September 27 : ASS beneficiaries and fixed monthly premium
  • October 15 : beneficiaries of theaspa
  • November 15 : beneficiaries of the activity bonus

The amount of this new Borne inflation premium will reach 100 euros plus 50 euros per additional dependent child. “In concrete terms, the aid will amount to 200 euros for a household with two children” indicates the executive in his press kit.

Retirees are among the beneficiaries of the inflation bonus of 100 euros in 2022. To claim it, it is necessary to receive the minimum old age (aspa) and be over 65 years old. The payment date for this exceptional back-to-school bonus has been set for mid-October. The correct receipt of the bank transfer may differ by several days depending on the transaction processing time used by your bank. For retirees concerned by this payment in mid-October, the operation is carried out by the National Old Age Insurance Fund (CNAV). No action is to be taken on your side, the payment is automatic because the payment organization knows your bank details.
