(Finance) – In relation to the treasury share purchase programme, De Nora Industriesannounced that he had purchasedbetween March 11 and 15, 2024, in aggregate 25,000 own ordinary shares (equal to 0.012% of the share capital), at the weighted average price of 14.2610 euros, for a countervalue equal to 356,526 euros.
As of March 19, following the purchases communicated and taking into account the treasury shares already in portfolio, the manufacturer of water treatment and disinfection equipment holds 2,438,748 treasury shares, equal to 1.209% of the share capital.
