(Finance) – Forest Chemical Industriesas part of the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved by the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting on 18 February 2022, he boughtfrom March 31 to April 7, 2022, overall 4,600 treasury shares (corresponding to 0.067% of the share capital) at an average unit price of € 5.501 for one countervalue total equal to 25,306 euros.
Following the purchases communicated above, the total amount of treasury shares held by the company is 16,173 shares, equal to 0.236% of the share capital, while the number of shares issued minus the total number of treasury shares held is equal to 6,829,334 .
Industrie Chimiche Forestali specified that the ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of 18 February 2022 authorized the purchase of a number
maximum of 1,000,000 shares within the limit of the maximum total outlay of 8,000,000 euros (it being understood that the nominal value of the shares purchased cannot exceed one fifth of the share capital of Industrie Chimiche Forestali). The authorization approved by the aforementioned Ordinary Shareholders’ Meeting will expire on August 17, 2023.
