(Finance) – The newly elected board of directors of Forest Chemical Industrieslisted on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the design, production and marketing of high-tech adhesives and fabrics, appointed Guido Cami as president and managing director.
Furthermore, the BoD verified that the directors Marina Balzano, Steve Kenny and Roberto Rettani are in possession of the independence requirements.
