The league has struck big houses in the posh neighborhoods of the capital, Delhi. The man has given part of the loot to the poor, which according to the police has given him “many followers” in the area.
After being hunted by special forces for months, he was finally arrested on Friday. He is suspected of around 160 crimes, including robbery, attempted murder and rape.
