(Finance) – Indel Bas part of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedbetween October 31 and November 6, 2023, in aggregate 1,110 treasury sharesat the weighted average price of 23.5867 euros, for one countervalue total equal to 26,181.20 euros.
Following the aforementioned transactions, the Company active in mobile refrigeration systems holds 212,177 treasury shares.
