Back to the figures: of the four major cities, the increase was greatest in Rotterdam at 11.4 percent. Utrecht follows in number 2. In the Dom city, the average value of a house rose by 9.8 percent, to 393,000 euros. In other parts of the province, the percentage increase is even slightly higher. In Vijfheerenlanden it is 17.3 percent and the value of a home came to 332,000 euros. In Lopik it came out at 10.7 percent and a WOZ value of 384,000 euros. In Wijk bij Duurstede it was 11.5 percent and 359,000 euros and in Amersfoort there was an increase of 10.9 percent and the WOZ value came to 367,000 euros.
