Parallel to automobile prices, fuel hikes, which have become a daily discussion topic in Turkey, continue to appear without slowing down. As of today, in the domestic markets, where a new price hike of more than 2 TL is expected, a picture of 30 TL per liter awaits us if these expectations are met. There has been a bad development recently for electric car models, which have become more and more attractive to users after these price hikes, which are constantly appearing on the fuel side. ZES (Zorlu Energy Solutions), one of Turkey’s most important suppliers, has increased its charging fees significantly in June. With the new tariffs, those who want to fast charge their vehicles from 90 kW and above sources will have to pay 8.9 TL instead of 7.1 TL. As of June 1, natural gas prices, including electricity generation, were increased.
