(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Brescian initiatives(INBRE), a company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the renewable energy sector, has signed the preliminary sale of theentire stake held in Iniziative Bergamasche, whose share capital is held 50% by INBRE and 50% by Dedalo ESCO. The company Iniziative Bergamasche owns three hydroelectric plants in the Serio river, located in the municipalities of Albino, Nembro and Nembro, for a total concession power of 0.747 MW.
The preliminary stipulates that the completion of the sale is subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions precedent, including the obtaining of the Golden Power authorization. The corresponding was agreed in a total of 14.5 million euros and the execution of the agreement is expected to take place by June 15, 2023.
