On a rainy Thursday afternoon, councilor Hugo Prakke (D66) goes to the bakery in Baarn. You won’t see him doing that on a Saturday afternoon. He lives about 30 kilometers away, in Leersum. “We have our social life there, hockey, the children still live at home. It is very beautiful in Baarn, but that is why we continue to live in Leersum. But I am here a lot.”
