A delegation of Nigerien rebels of the Patriotic Liberation Front (FPL) met, from August 25 to 29, in northern Mali, with leaders of the Malian rebellion of the Strategic and Permanent Framework (CSP). The objective for these armed groups is to strengthen their relations and mutually defend their interests.
