In the ice hockey league NHL, the Nashville Predators and the San Jose Sharks have made a significant trade.
The biggest piece of the trade is the goalkeeper Yaroslav Askarovwho moves from the Predators to the Sharks. In addition to this, the Sharks get a striker By Nolan Burke as well as the third round of bookings for next summer.
Askarov, 22, is one of the world’s most promising goalkeepers. Last season he saved two games in the NHL, but a large part of the season was spent in the farm series in the AHL. Askarov wanted to move away from the Predators when the club signed a number one goaltender Juuse Saros with a long contract.
An attacker is heading to the Predators David Edstrom and the goalkeeper Magnus Chrona. In addition to the players, the Predators will receive next year’s first round pick from San Jose.
