Ryan Coogler and Michael B. Jordan can be trusted blindly. That applies to Marvel and the Rocky series, which the director and his star enriched with Black Panther, Wakanda Forever and the Creed films. Fantasy horror from Black Panther genius features Michael B. Jordan in dual role
Little is known about the story of Sinners. In the fantasy horror, Michael B. Jordan plays the dual role of two twin brothers who return to their hometown in the rural South of the USA. But they are quickly confronted with a horror, that makes the problems of their past seem small.
An article in the Hollywood Reporter has already hinted at what the trailer is hiding: Sinners is most likely about the fight against vampires. It is apparently set in the 1930s, when racist laws, also known as “Jim Crow Laws”, dictated the lives of the black population.
Information about Coogler’s fantasy thriller was kept under wraps for a long time. Perhaps because he was only too aware of the film’s potential. A potential that already seems to be fully unfolding in the few minutes of the trailer: So beautiful, terrible and atmospherically dense The first impression of a film is rare.
When will Sinners starring Michael B. Jordan be in theaters?
Sinners will be March 7, 2025 in US cinemas and is scheduled to open internationally in March. Based on our experience, we expect a release in this country on March 6, 2025. In addition to Jordan, Hailee Steinfeld (The Marvels) will be in front of the camera, among others.
