Created in 2018 in order to investigate, instruct and judge serious violations of human rights and international humanitarian law committed on the territory of the Central African Republic since January 1, 2003, this hybrid court is today the subject of controversy. At the dawn of its second mandate, victims believe that the SPC has not fully fulfilled its role. However, the jurisdiction draws up a satisfactory assessment despite some difficulties.
