In Syria rebel groups have agreed to disperse and join

According to the new Syrian regime, the groups will join the country’s army under the Ministry of Defense.

In Syria, the rebel groups have agreed to disperse, says the Syrian news agency Sana.

Leader of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS). Ahmed al-Sharaa reached an agreement with the rebel groups on their disbandment on Tuesday, the country’s new administration informs.

According to the administration’s statement, the groups join the country’s military under the Ministry of Defense.

Al-Sharaa reached an agreement on disbanding the groups in a meeting with the leaders of the groups, the release states.

– The agreement with al-Sharaa, the leaders of the rebel groups, ended with an agreement on the abolition of all groups and their unification under the Ministry of Defense, the current Syrian administration says in its press release.
