The National Institute of Public Service replaces the ENA, the National School of Administration. Prime Minister Jean Castex inaugurated the INSP in Strasbourg on Friday January 28 and met the first promotion of this new institute born of the reform launched in 2021. A reform which must fundamentally change the course of French senior civil servants.
