In South Africa, a delegation from the African National Congress (ANC) paid tribute to Sam Nujoma, former president of Namibia and independence hero, who died on February 8 at 95. The main South African party wanted to salute Namibia founding father, because when the country was under the supervision of Pretoria, the Swapo of Sam Nujoma and the ANC had fought side by side against the apartheid regime. The tribute was paid to the Namibia Embassy in Pretoria, Tuesday, February 11.
