How to reduce water, heating or electricity bills? This is the objective of the workshops to raise awareness of eco-gestures offered by the Shakti 21 association, which bears the name of the Hindu goddess of energy. This association has been crisscrossing Seine-Saint-Denis, in the northern suburbs of Paris, for seven years, meeting populations marked by very high energy poverty and who most often live in dilapidated housing.
