In Saint-Denis, near Paris, the Pleyel district is being transformed

The fight against the tiger mosquito in France

To limit the ecological footprint of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, the organizers have decided to reduce the construction of dedicated infrastructure as much as possible. They pride themselves on being able to count on 95% of already existing or temporary infrastructure. The largest construction site remains that of the Olympic village, 58 hectares located largely in the south of the town of Saint-Denis.
