On April 15, 2019, part of Notre-Dame Cathedral was ravaged by fire. The authorities had made the bet to restore it in five years. A bet fulfilled since it will reopen its doors on December 7th. For this, several trades specializing in age-old craftsmanship have surpassed themselves to restore Notre-Dame to its splendor before the fire. This work disrupted neighborhood life, but allowed people to discover or rediscover the cathedral in a new light.
