In New York, more than 140 leaders are expected for the UN General Assembly which begins next week. Ahead of this assembly, a meeting which has not taken place for four years is convened this Sunday, September 17 between its leaders: a tripartite between the UN, the African Union (AU) and the European Union (EU) .
