This is what the “Nairobi Declaration” adopted on Wednesday, September 6, at the end of the first African climate summit, the Africa Climate Summit 2023, advocates. This text should allow the continent to speak of a single voice in future climate talks. But the negotiations between African states to achieve this text have been difficult.
