Disney+ is currently bringing back one popular fantasy story after another. We were just allowed to talk about that nostalgic reunion with the Sanderson sisters in Hocus Pocus 2, the next revival is announced. Amy Adams returns to the Disney universe in The Cursed Again.
The sequel to 2007’s Enchanted has been a long time coming. At the end of the month, however, the time has finally come and we find out what happened to Giselle after their happy ending has become in the first part. Based on the new trailer for the sequel, the happy moments have quickly given way to reality.

The action of The Cursed Again takes place ten years after the events of the original. Giselle (Amy Adams), Robert (Patrick Dempsey) and Morgan (Gabriella Baldacchino) have turned their backs on the big city and are moved to the suburb of Monroevillein which Malvina Monroe (Maya Rudolph) is in charge.
At first glance, everything seems perfect here, but abysses quickly open up that prompt Giselle to cast a spell. before she knows it the magic takes on a life of its own and chaos ensues. If Giselle doesn’t get things under control, even her homeland, Andalasia, could perish.
Cursed again starts on November 18, 2022 at Disney+. The sequel was directed by Adam Shankman, who brought films like Wedding Planner, Hairspray and Rock of Ages to the cinemas. The best point of reference in his filmography for The Cursed Again might be the fantasy comedy Bedtime Stories.
