Helldivers 2 is a game that expects its players to put their all into the fight against evil. But what if not everyone takes part? One particular player turned out to be pretty nasty. So much so that the community has put a bounty on his head.
Which player is it about? Everything that follows can be seen with a wink. As is now known, in Helldivers 2 the players go into battle against the Terminids and Automatons. The mission is to ensure order, law and security, in short: to ensure democracy and peace.
As it turns out, not everyone is willing to join the fight in this way. There are various ways to make yourself unpopular with your fellow players.
A player named Gantz the Demon has now received quite a bit of attention after allegedly killing several teammates on his team.
Another player named Indublibable pointed this out on Reddit. The story goes that Gantz the Demon kills his teammates out of pure joy. There would be no other, practical reason.

What tips are there for dealing with Gantz? Reddit user Indublibable further writes that all players who join a team with Gantz should be careful of him.
If you are willing to risk your own life, you should do what you think is right. The important thing is that the news about the nasty Gantz should be spread out into the world. The villain’s actions must not go unpunished.
However, you should only open fire against Gantz if he really shows his evil side. As proof of the player’s betrayal, the TikTok account @superearthbroadcast released a video. It shows dramatic scenes:

What are the next steps? In another TikTok from user @commander_skunk, a bounty of 10,000 Super Credits is being offered on Gantz the Demon.
The players are supposed to show the traitor what it means to betray Super-Earth. After all, the soldiers who were killed would never be returned to their families. This must not go unpunished.
The video leaves it open how the bounty will be handed over if Gantz is successfully caught.

Has Gantz the Demon already spoken out? Apparently yes. In his own TikTok, a player posing as Gantz protests his innocence. In the video you can see the same scene as above, only this time from Gantz’s perspective:

He explains that he was playing with a friend who was suddenly killed by another player. In response, Gantz killed the murderer. Ultimately, however, the impression arose that Gantz himself was the first to turn the weapon against his own comrades.
Gantz receives approval in the comments. A fan of his even offered him an interview in which he could further defend himself. Whether the community ultimately believes him is still an open question. But history shows that in Helldivers 2, enemies of freedom and democracy have to reckon with some headwinds. And now back to work, bugs need to be eliminated. But there are also players who are not team players.
