In Helldivers 2, the brave soldiers of Over-Earth are one step closer to their Democratic Space Station (DSS). However, some people are less looking forward to the general order being fulfilled and more looking forward to the well-deserved break.
What have the Helldivers achieved? The Helldivers are one step closer to their plan. For about a month, players have been working on building the Democratic Space Station, or DSS for short. To do this, the players have to follow all sorts of general orders and complete them successfully.
The final order was to free the planet Claorell from the robots. This gave the Helldivers a new alloy that is needed so that the space station can make faster-than-light jumps through space.
However, the Helldivers themselves are not all just happy about the new alloy. Another thing gives some people even more joy.
In Helldivers 2 there are always new DLCs that bring interesting weapons, for example:
The break is an even greater reward
What gives players even greater joy? The players are especially looking forward to a break from fighting the robots. The opponents are unpopular with many players because of their attacks over long distances and their sometimes unfair precision.
For the general order, many players who are otherwise only found among the beetles switch to the robots. They are particularly happy because they can now return to their favorite opponents, the beetles.
Many Helldivers also find these to be easier. In addition, the general orders relating to the beetles are often completed more quickly.
What do the players say about their success? The players are of course happy, but also about the break. Many on Reddit are relieved because the use of robots has come to an end for the time being.
SubtleTactician writes on Reddit: “I know going to Lesath is the right move, but I need a break from the bots. Moving to Pandion for a change of scenery…”
LilMissImperfect- is also relieved on Reddit: “I understand you. I’ve played all 4 of the final bot planets that needed to be liberated for the big contracts and I need a break. It’s time to bring democracy and freedom to these communist bugs!”
21Bananas also ponders vacationing on a bug planet on Reddit: “I’m vacationing on Pandeon before returning to take over Lesath.”
The fact that the Helldivers talk about vacation when it comes to the beetle planets shows again how little the players like the fight against the Automatons faction. Building the space station will be a strenuous project, you can find out more about it here: The gigantic space station in Helldivers 2 will be a powerful weapon of democracy, but you have to really work hard for it
