The questionnaire, adapted according to age, was carried out in collaboration with child psychiatrists and child health specialists.

The Prime Minister, Élisabeth Borne, is going this November 9 to the Claude-Debussy college, in the fifteenth arrondissement of Paris, with the president’s wife, Brigitte Macron, and the Minister of National Education Gabriel Attal. She will give the students the questionnaires, intended to free up speech. Teachers will be responsible for taking the copies, reading them and sending them to the ministry. If certain copies reveal serious facts, teachers are instructed to pass on the information and make a report.

But for Anne Liz Deba, 22, who describes herself as a survivor of school bullying, anonymity is a barrier: “ There, we start with measures that are concrete for once. They should have put a questionnaire which is nominative. Except that here, it will be at the good will of the teachers, it will be a little difficult to identify who is the victim of school bullying when we read 35 questionnaires at once “. Using these responses should allow the ministry to have a more precise vision of the phenomenon of school bullying at the national level. The latest figures date from 2011.
Two hours of school time are normalized this November 9 to emphasize the prevention and detection of harassment situations.
