Just in time for the beginning of the year, Netflix launched the thriller series In Eternal Guilt. The miniseries about dark secrets that are revealed when Maya Stern (Michelle Keegan) discovers her husband Joe (Richard Armitage), who was actually murdered, on a surveillance camera, quickly became a hit and is currently at number 1 on the Netflix charts.

In Eternal Guilt and 7 other series: This is the Harlan Coben universe on Netflix
The novels by the American author Harlan Coben provide the template for the enormous series universe. In 2018, Netflix added the series adaptation of Coben’s novel Safe with Dexter star Michael C. Hall. Just a few months later, this became a permanent partnership between Netflix and the writer Film adaptation of a total of 14 works from Coben’s literary work.

The Grave in the Woods is a Polish Harlan Coben film adaptation and is based on the novel The Woods. In it, a prosecutor named Pawel Kopinski tries to solve his sister’s disappearance. 25 years earlier, a group of teenagers disappeared in the nearby forest of a summer camp. Two of them were found murdered shortly afterwards, and there has been no trace of Pawel’s sister since then.
No Peace to the Dead (2021)

No Peace to the Dead is the first Spanish Harlan Coben adaptation from Netflix and is a film based on the book The Innocent. The plot follows ex-convict Mateo, who is pursued by bad luck. He once accidentally killed someone, then his pregnant wife suddenly disappears and finally he finds himself in the crosshairs of a murder investigation. The 8-part miniseries was directed by Spanish director Oriol Paulo (The Invisible Guest).
No sign of life (2021)

No Sign of Life is the first French Netflix film from the Harlan Coben cosmos and adapts the novel Gone for Good. The plot follows social worker Guillaume Lucchesi (Finnegan Oldfield), who is confronted with terrible secrets after the sudden disappearance of his girlfriend. She is said to be a cold-blooded murderer.
Who Lies Once (2021)

Who Once Lies is a British adaptation of the novel Stay Close and is about mother-of-three Megan, whose idyllic small town life is thrown into chaos when her repressed past as a stripper catches up with her. The cast includes The Good Fight star Cush Jumbo and Richard Armitage, in his second Coben film adaptation after I Keep Silence for You.
They See You (2022)

They See You is a Polish series adaptation of the novel Hold Tight and the first sequel within the Netflix series universe. Although the series tells an independent story, it brings back some characters from the series The Grave in the Forest.
The 8th Harlan Coben series is coming to Netflix soon
With In Eternal Debt, the 7th series of the Harlan Coben universe appeared on Netflix on January 1, 2024. And it won’t be the last, as the 8th Netflix film adaptation is already in production.
