The two villains Cell and Freeza had multiple forms they could achieve in Dragon Ball. At the time of Dragon Ball GT, the two villains got a very special form that only very few people saw.
What are these shapes? Cell’s new form looks very similar to his Perfect Cell form. However, the new shape relies on dark green tones. With Freeza the difference is much more stark: he has several horns on his head and a red suit studded with studs. In addition, his skin color has changed to a shade of blue.

Although the two shapes look extremely stylish, few people have seen them. There was only one way to marvel at the new Freeza and the new Cell.
The anime currently continues with Dragon Ball Daima:
Cell’s and Freeza’s new forms only appeared once
Where did the shapes appear? On January 3, 1997, a live Dragon Ball GT show was held at the Daiei Sendai Izumi Store. It was about the revenge of Don Kee and his bodyguard Ledgic, who first appeared in Episode 4 of Dragon Ball GT. Cell and Freeza were also there.
Don Kee had broken out of prison again on the live show and Freeza and Cell had achieved a new form. In terms of story, the show was based on the Shadow Dragon saga, i.e. after the last episode of the anime.
You can see the two new forms in the following YouTube video:
Are the forms official? The two new forms are official, but do not appear in the anime or video games. The anime versions of the two villains shown above were also traced by a fan.
It is common for live shows in Japan to have exclusive content that was not used for the anime. Therefore, the live show would simply be a way for the Dragon Ball GT anime to continue.
The two forms would have been well suited to appear in video games. In Dragon Ball: Sparking! Zero has many different versions of the characters, so GT-Freeza and GT-Cell would be a good way to show the forgotten forms as an anime version. The MeinMMO conclusion about Dragon Ball: Sparking!
