In many schools in China, the new school year has started or will start this week.

In China, bad traffic accidents happen relatively often, because the traffic is very busy and traffic rules are not always followed.

In July, a car rammed into pedestrians, killing eight people in the central Chinese city of Changsha. Five people were injured.
