Three world cities – New York, Rio de Janeiro and Berlin – form the name of his new show. “It might have been other cities as well,” says Blaudzun. “You have to see the city here as a human being. As a friend that you can embrace, for example, but also as an enemy. It can also be very lonely, such a city. Yes, Utrecht too. Even though countless loves and friendships, there are also a lot of lonely people”.
